Biography of Hugh Hickling

Hugh Hickling (* 2. August 1920 in Derby; † 11. February 2007 in Malvern) was a british lawyer, colonial civil servant, law academic and author. He was 86 years old. He studied at University of Nottingham. He worked at Charles Darwin University and SOAS, University of London. He was awarded the Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George.
