Hugh Macmillan, Baron Macmillan (* 20. February 1873; † 5. September 1952) was a britischer Jurist. He was 79 years old. His education included University of Edinburgh, University of Glasgow and University of Glasgow School of Law. He was awarded the Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order.
