Biography of Hugo Banzer Suárez

Hugo Banzer (* 10. May 1926 in Concepción; † 5. May 2002 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra) was a president. He was 75 years old. He studied at Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation. His awards include Grand Officer of the Order of the Condor of the Andes and Collar of the Order of Isabella the Catholic‎. His cause of death was lung cancer. He was buried at General Cemetery of Santa Cruz.
