Biography of Hung Liu

Hung Liu (* 17. February 1948 in Changchun; † 7. August 2021 in Oakland) was a chinese-American artist. She was 73 years old. Her education included University of California, San Diego, Central Academy of Fine Arts and Capital Normal University. She worked at Mills College at Northeastern University. Her awards include SECA Art Award and National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship. Her cause of death was pancreatic cancer.
