Biography of Ichirō Koizumi

Ichirō Koizumi (* 1. January 1912 in Mito; † 21. October 1991). He was 79 years old. He studied at University of Tokyo. He worked at Ibaraki University and Tokyo Woman's Christian University. He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 3rd class.
