Biography of Igor Iwanowitsch Simonow

Igor Iwanowitsch Simonow (* 17. July 1927 in Tobolsk; † 11. February 2019 in Yekaterinburg) was a sowjetischer Maler (1927- ). He was 91 years old. His education included Sverdlovsk Art School and Repin Institute of Arts. His awards include Order of the Badge of Honour, People's Painter of the RSFSR and Honored art worker of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. He was buried at Shirokorechenskoe Cemetery.
