Igor Michailowitsch Makarow (* 22. October 1927 in Saratov; † 14. January 2013 in Moscow) was a sowjetischer und russischer Wissenschaftler. He was 85 years old. He studied at Moscow Aviation Institute. He worked at Moscow State Institute of Radio-engineering Electronics and Automation. He received 10 awards, including USSR State Prize, Order of Honour. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
