Biography of Ilja Sawwitsch Galkin

Ilja Sawwitsch Galkin (* 20. July 1898 in Panasiuki; † 7. April 1990 in Moscow) was a russian historian. He was 91 years old. He studied at Lomonosov Moscow State University. He worked at Moscow Institute of Philosophy, Literature, and History and Lomonosov Moscow State University. He received 5 awards, including Order of Lenin, Order of the October Revolution. He was buried at Vostryakovo Cemetery.
