Biography of Ilmar Tomson

Ilmar Tomson (* 21. February 1927 in Tbilisi; † 9. July 2009 in Moscow) was a russian scientist. He was 82 years old. He studied at State University of Non-Ferrous Metals and Gold. He worked at Geological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His awards include Order of the Badge of Honour, Medal "Veteran of Labour" and Medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow".
