Ilya Neyman (* 18. May 1890 in Mykolaiv; † 16. July 1959 in Odesa) was a soviet philologist. He was 69 years old. His education included Moscow State University, Faculty of Law, Alexander Karaite religious school and Tavrida National V.I. Vernadsky University. He worked at Alexander Karaite religious school, Fergana State University, Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies, Kokand state pedagogical institute after Mukimi and Bakhchisaray State Historical-Cultural Museum-Reserve.
