Biography of Ioan Toma Stănculescu

Ioan Toma Stănculescu (* 20. May 1919 in Bucharest; † 22. January 2002 in Bucharest) was a romanian engineer and university professor. He was 82 years old. His education included Spiru Haret National College and Politehnica University of Bucharest. He worked at Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest.
