Biography of Irving A. Spaulding

Irving A. Spaulding (* 31. October 1917; † 12. May 2010) was an american economist. He was 92 years old. His education included University of Kentucky, Cornell University and Iowa State University. He worked at University of Rhode Island. He was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship.
