Biography of Israel Scheffler

Israel Scheffler (* 25. November 1923 in New York City; † 16. February 2014) was an uS-amerikanischer Philosoph. He was 90 years old. His education included Jewish Theological Seminary of America, University of Pennsylvania, Brooklyn College, Yeshiva University and The New School for Social Research. He worked at Harvard University. His faith was Judaism. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
