Biography of Ivan Novikov

Ivan Novikov (* 9. February 1921 in Поповка; † 12. September 1959 in Soviet Union) was a soviet military officer. He was 38 years old. His education included National University “Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine” and Orlov Tank School. He received 4 awards, including Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of Lenin. He was buried at Kharkiv.
