Ivan Sovetnikov (* 1. June 1897 in Insar; † 1. February 1957 in Lviv) was a soviet military commander. He was 59 years old. He studied at Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. His awards include Order of Lenin and Jubilee Medal "XX Years of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army".
