Biography of J. Freeman Gilbert

J. Freeman Gilbert (* 9. August 1931 in Vincennes; † 15. August 2014) was an uS-amerikanischer Geophysiker. He was 83 years old. He studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He worked at University of California, Los Angeles and University of California, San Diego. He received 6 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Arthur L. Day Medal. His cause of death was traffic collision.
