Biography of Jacqueline Ferrand

Jacqueline Ferrand (* 17. February 1918 in Alès; † 26. April 2014 in Sceaux) was a französische Mathematikerin. She was 96 years old. She was married to Pierre Lelong. Her education included École Normale Supérieure, University of Paris and lycée de jeunes filles de Nîmes. She worked at École normale supérieure de jeunes filles, University of Bordeaux, University of Caen Normandy, University of Lille and University of Paris. She received 4 awards, including Servant Prize, Cours Peccot. Her cause of death was disease.
