Jacques André (* 30. July 1910 in Cerdon; † 3. June 1994 in 7th arrondissement of Paris) was a french latinist and philologist. He was 83 years old. He studied at Faculty of Arts of Paris. He worked at Aix-Marseille University (1896-1971), École pratique des hautes études and Paris Nanterre University. He was awarded the Prix Jules-Janin.
