Jacques Martin (* 13. July 1912 in Chartres; † 29. September 1995 in 6th arrondissement of Marseille) was a french germanist. He was 83 years old. His education included Lycée Marceau de Chartres, Lycée Lakanal, Faculty of Arts of Paris, University of Strasbourg and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. He worked at Lycée Thiers and Lycée Henri-IV.
