James B. McMillan (* 14. January 1917 in Aberdeen; † 20. March 1999 in Las Vegas) was an american dentist and civil rights activist. He was 82 years old. He was married to Marie E. McMillan. His education included Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry and University of Detroit Mercy. He was awarded the Legacy Park honorees.
