James B. Pollack (* 9. July 1938 in New York City; † 13. June 1994) was an uS-amerikanischer Astrophysiker und Planetologe. He was 55 years old. His education included Harvard University and University of California, Berkeley. He worked at Ames Research Center and Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory. His awards include Leo Szilard Lectureship Award and Gerard P. Kuiper Prize. His cause of death was cancer.
