Biography of James Bassingthwaighte

James Bassingthwaighte (* 10. September 1929 in Toronto; † 2. February 2022) was a professor of bioengineering. He was 92 years old. His education included Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute, University of Toronto and Mayo Clinic. He worked at University of Washington and Mayo Clinic. His awards include The Louis and Artur Lucian Award in Cardiovascular Diseases, Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering and Fellow of the Biomedical Engineering Society.
