James M. Harrison (* 20. September 1915 in Regina; † 6. July 1990 in Canada) was a kanadischer Akademiker und Geologe. He was 74 years old. His education included University of Manitoba and Queen's University. His awards include Companion of the Order of Canada and Logan Medal.
