Biography of James Nightall

James Nightall (* 20. May 1922 in Littleport; † 2. June 1944 in Soham) was a railway fireman, recipient of the George Cross. He was 22 years old. He worked at London and North Eastern Railway. His awards include George Cross and Order of Industrial Heroism. His cause of death was Soham rail disaster.
