James Rowland Scarlett-Streatfeild (* 17. February 1909 in Southsea; † 10. May 1945 in Oslo) was a senior commander in the Royal Air Force during the Second World War. He was 36 years old. He studied at Royal Air Force College Cranwell. He received 4 awards, including Commander of the Order of the British Empire, Officer of the Legion of Merit. He was buried at Vestre gravlund.
