Jan Berdyszak (* 15. June 1934 in Zawory, Greater Poland Voivodeship; † 18. September 2014 in Poznań) was a polnischer Bildhauer, Maler, Installationskünstler, Kunsttheoretiker und -lehrer. He was 80 years old. He studied at Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznań. His awards include Golden Medal for Merit to Culture, Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Miłostowo Cemetery.
