Biography of Jan Wodyński

Jan Wodyński (* 31. July 1903 in Jasło; † 23. June 1988 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Maler. He was 84 years old. He studied at Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. He worked at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw and Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. His awards include Gold Cross of Merit‎ and Medal of the 10th Anniversary of People's Poland. He was buried at Powązki Military Cemetery.
