Jean-Baptiste Hourlier (* 16. October 1897 in 15th arrondissement of Paris; † 16. March 1987 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye) was a french architect, winner of the Prix de Rome in 1926. He was 89 years old. He studied at Beaux-Arts de Paris. He was awarded the Grand Prix de Rome.
