Biography of Jean Perrin

Jean Perrin (* 30. September 1870 in Lille; † 17. April 1942 in New York City) was a französischer Physiker. He was 71 years old. He was married to Henriette Perrin-Duportal. He had at least 1 child (1 daughter). His education included University of Paris, École Normale Supérieure and Lycée Janson-de-Sailly. He worked at École Normale Supérieure and University of Paris. He received 10 awards, including Nobel Prize in Physics, Matteucci Medal. He was buried at Panthéon.
