Biography of Jean Piaget

Jean Piaget (* 9. August 1896 in Neuchâtel; † 16. September 1980 in Geneva) was a schweizer Entwicklungspsychologe. He was 84 years old. He was married to Valentine Piaget. He studied at University of Neuchâtel. He worked at University of Paris, University of Zurich, University of Geneva, University of Lausanne, International Bureau of Education and University of Neuchâtel. His faith was Roman Catholic. He received 8 awards, including doctor honoris causa from the University of Paris, doctor honoris causa from the University of Aix-Marseille. He was buried at Cemetery of Kings.
