Biography of Jefrem Pawlowitsch Lewitan

Jefrem Pawlowitsch Lewitan (* 12. July 1934 in Dnipro; † 31. March 2012 in Moscow) was a russian astronomer. He was 77 years old. He studied at Moscow Municipal Pedagogical Institute V. P. Potemkin. His awards include Merited worker of culture of the Russian Federation and Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class without swords. He was buried at Vagankovo Cemetery.
