Jerzy Czosnowski (* 5. March 1922 in Swarzędz; † 6. June 1976 in Poznań) was a polish botanist. He was 54 years old. He studied at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He worked at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. His awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Medal of the 10th Anniversary of People's Poland.
