Jerzy Einhorn (* 26. July 1925 in Częstochowa; † 28. April 2000 in Danderyd) was a polnischer Strahlentherapeut, Hochschullehrer für Strahlentherapie und Politiker. He was 74 years old. He was married to Nina Einhorn. He studied at Poznań University of Medical Sciences. He worked at Karolinska Institutet. His cause of death was leukemia. He was buried at Mosaic Cemetery, Northern Cemetery.
