Biography of Jerzy Gierula (1917-1975)

Jerzy Gierula (* 20. February 1917 in Kraków; † 14. January 1975 in Kraków) was a polnischer Physiker. He was 57 years old. He studied at Jagiellonian University. He worked at AGH University of Science and Technology. His awards include Medal of the 10th Anniversary of People's Poland, Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Rakowicki Cemetery.
