Jewel Plummer Cobb (* 17. January 1924 in Chicago; † 1. January 2017 in Maplewood) was an uS-amerikanische Biologin und Hochschullehrerin. She was 92 years old. Her education included University of Michigan, Talladega College and New York University. She worked at Sarah Lawrence College, Connecticut College, Rutgers University and California State University, Fullerton. Her awards include Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame, Candace Award and honorary degree from Spelman College. Her cause of death was disease.
