Biography of Jnan Chandra Ghosh

Jnan Chandra Ghosh (* 14. September 1894 in Giridih; † 21. January 1959 in Kolkata) was an indian chemist. He was 64 years old. His education included Scottish Church College, University of Calcutta, Presidency University and University College of Science, Technology & Agriculture. He worked at Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru and University of Calcutta. His awards include Padma Bhushan in science & engineering and Knight Bachelor.
