Biography of Johanna Westerdijk

Johanna Westerdijk (* 4. January 1883 in Nieuwer-Amstel; † 15. November 1961 in Baarn) was a niederländische Botanikerin, Pflanzenpathologin und Mykologin. She was 78 years old. Her education included University of Amsterdam, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and University of Zurich. She worked at University of Amsterdam and Utrecht University. She received 5 awards, including Knight of the Order of the Netherlands Lion, Officer of the Order of Prince Henry. She was buried at Westerveld.
