Biography of Johannes Streubel

Johannes Streubel (* 17. January 1921 in Erdmannsdorf; † 22. February 1990) was a deutscher Offizier, zuletzt Konteradmiral der NVA. He was 69 years old. He studied at N.G. Kuznetsov Naval Academy. He worked at vocational school, Ministerium des Innern (DDR) and Central Committee of the Socialist Unity Party of Germany. His awards include Patriotic Order of Merit in Silver, Theodor Körner Prize and Military Order "For Services to the People and the Fatherland".
