John Pople (* October 31, 1925 in Burnham-on-Sea; † March 15, 2004 in Chicago) was a nobel prize winning British chemist. He was 78 years old. His education included Trinity College, University of Cambridge and Bristol Grammar School. He received 9 awards, including Fellow of the Royal Society, Copley Medal. His cause of death was liver cancer.
