Biography of John Carew Eccles

John Carew Eccles (* 27. January 1903 in Melbourne; † 2. May 1997 in Tenero-Contra) was an australischer Physiologe. He was 94 years old. His education included Magdalen College, Melbourne High School, University of Melbourne and Warrnambool College. He worked at University of Otago, University at Buffalo and Australian National University. He received 10 awards, including Fellow of the Royal Society, Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.
