Biography of John Coakley Lettsom

John Coakley Lettsom (* 1. January 1744 in British Virgin Islands; † 1. January 1815 in London) was a british Virgin Islands born English physician and scientist. He was 71 years old. He was married to Ann Miers. He had at least 8 children (4 sons and 4 daughters). His education included University of Edinburgh and Leiden University. His awards include Fellow of the Royal Society and Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
