Biography of John Coltrane

John Coltrane (* 23. September 1926 in Hamlet; † 17. July 1967 in Huntington) was an uS-amerikanischer Jazz-Saxophonist. He was 40 years old. He was married to Alice Coltrane. His education included Combs College of Music and William Penn High School. He worked at Atlantic Records, Blue Note, Impulse! and Prestige. He received 6 awards, including Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, Pulitzer Prize Special Citations and Awards. His cause of death was liver failure. He was buried at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
