Biography of John Ericsson

John Ericsson (* 31. July 1803 in Färnebo församling; † 8. March 1889 in New York City) was a schwedischer Ingenieur. He was 85 years old. He had at least 1 child (1 son). His faith was agnosticism. His awards include Rumford Prize, National Inventors Hall of Fame and Knight of the Order of Vasa. He was buried at New York City Marble Cemetery.
