Biography of John Lochiel Robson

John Lochiel Robson (* 4. June 1909 in Halcombe; † 17. September 1993 in Wellington) was a senior public servant, penal reformer. He was 84 years old. His education included Ashhurst School, Wairoa College, University of Canterbury and University College London. His awards include Commander of the Order of the British Empire, honorary doctor of the University of Otago and Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Medal.
