Biography of John Macmurray

John Macmurray (* 16. February 1891 in Maxwelltown; † 21. June 1976 in Edinburgh) was a scottish philosopher. He was 85 years old. His education included Balliol College, University of Glasgow, Aberdeen Grammar School and Robert Gordon's College. He worked at University of Manchester, British Broadcasting Corporation, University College London and University of Edinburgh. He was awarded the Military Cross.
