Biography of John Prip

John Prip (* 1. January 1922 in New York City; † 1. January 2009 in Providence) was an american metalsmith. He was 87 years old. He worked at Rochester Institute of Technology, Rhode Island School of Design, School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Alfred University. His awards include Gold Medal for Consummate Craftsmanship and Fellow of the American Craft Council.
