Biography of John Stuart Mill

John Stuart Mill (* 20. May 1806 in London Borough of Islington; † 8. May 1873 in Avignon) was an englischer Philosoph, Ökonom und liberaler Denker. He was 66 years old. He was married to Harriet Taylor Mill. He studied at University College London. He worked at East India Company. His faith was atheism. His awards include honorary doctor of the University of Vienna, Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. His cause of death was erysipelas. He was buried at Saint-Véran Cemetery.
