Biography of John W. O’Malley

John W. O’Malley (* 11. June 1927 in Tiltonsville; † 11. September 2022 in Baltimore) was an uS-amerikanischer Historiker. He was 95 years old. He studied at Harvard University. He worked at Georgetown University, University of Detroit Mercy and Boston College School of Theology and Ministry. His faith was Catholicism. He received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Jacques Barzun Prize in Cultural History. He was buried at Georgetown University Jesuit Community Cemetery.
