Jonathan Sacks (* March 8, 1948 in Lambeth; † November 7, 2020 in London) was a british rabbi (1948–2020), Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth (1991-2013) and Member of the House of Lords Lord Temporal. He was 72 years old. His education included Etz Chaim Yeshiva, New College, King's College London, Gonville and Caius College and Christ's College, Finchley. His faith was Orthodox Judaism. He received 9 awards, including Grawemeyer Awards, Templeton Prize. His cause of death was cancer.
