Biography of Joseph Campbell

Joseph Campbell (* 26. March 1904 in White Plains; † 30. October 1987 in Honolulu) was an uS-amerikanischer Mythenforscher, Professor und Autor. He was 83 years old. He was married to Jean Erdman. His education included Canterbury School, Dartmouth College, Columbia University and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. He worked at Canterbury School and Sarah Lawrence College. His faith was Catholic Church. His cause of death was esophageal cancer. He was buried at O'ahu Cemetery.
